www.bookyourguides.in is a platform for all "Licenced & approved tourist guides" in India owned and operated by Tourist Guides Federation of South India (TGFSI).
Facilities offered
This website offers facilities for Tour operators, Tourists who are in need of a tour guide, to find available tourguides in the area or destination they need the services and book them.
Responsibilities of tourguides
All the tourguides available for booking are maintaining their own calender and other credentials and are solely responsible for all matters related to the bookings made to them . TGFSI and bookyourguides.in will only facilitate the booker to find the availability and initial communication between the booker and the tourguide. Rates and other terms and conditions pertaining to the booking must be directly dealt between the booker and the concerned guide.
Payments
No payments are levied by us to search or book a guide through this facility and TGFSI is Not responsible for any financial transactions between the booker and the guide.
Communication
Confirmation of guide assignments, quotation on guide services must be communicated directly.
Invoice
After the completion of the assignment and invoice can be send by the guide to the booker through this facility, but channels of payments are directly between booker and guide
Approval of tourguides
All rights to approve any tourguides in this facility lies solely to the executive committee of TGFSI.
Legal action
Any violation of use of this site can bring legal action .
TGFSI's responsibility
TGFSI will not be responsible for any lapse in services, tour programmes, or any other services offered by guides in their profile.
